ABA Therapy

At Adaptive Path Learning Collective, we believe exceptional ABA starts with giving clinicians the time and space to truly know the children they serve. That’s why our model is intentionally small, from the size of our program to the number of children each BCBA oversees.

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) maintain intentionally limited caseloads, allowing them to be meaningfully involved in each child’s care. Rather than managing large caseloads from a distance, our BCBAs have time to observe children in their everyday environment, work alongside their RBTs, collaborate with educators and therapists, respond to progress as it happens, and thoughtfully adapt programming as each child grows.

At Adaptive Path, ABA doesn’t happen in isolation. It is woven throughout each child’s day in a natural preschool environment, where skills can be learned and practiced during play, classroom routines, peer interactions, transitions, meals, and real-life experiences. Our BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work alongside educators, speech-language pathologists, and occupational therapists so that each child is supported by one collaborative team.

Every child receives an individualized treatment plan built around their unique strengths, developmental needs, and family goals. Because our team knows each child well, programming can evolve alongside them. Our focus is building communication, independence, social connection, flexibility, self-advocacy, and the skills that matter most in their everyday lives.

Families are an important part of that team, too. We prioritize consistent communication, caregiver education, and collaboration so that progress isn’t limited to the hours a child spends with us. Our goal is to help skills become meaningful and useful across environments.

We built Adaptive Path differently on purpose.

Our goal has never been to serve the greatest number of children with the fewest clinicians. We designed a small, high-touch model that gives children access to intensive early intervention while preserving what childhood should look like: play, curiosity, connection, friendship, exploration, and joy.

ABA at Adaptive Path is not one-size-fits-all, and it isn’t the entirety of a child’s day or identity. It is one part of a thoughtful, interdisciplinary early-learning model designed around the whole child.
