Careers at Adaptive Path

Come grow with us.

Adaptive Path Learning Collective is an interdisciplinary preschool for children with autism ages 2–6 in Cedar Park, Texas. Our team brings together early childhood educators, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), speech-language pathologists, and occupational therapy professionals to support children within a true preschool environment.

We believe children learn best when they get to be children, and that the best care happens when the people supporting them work together.

That philosophy shapes not only how we serve our students, but also the kind of team we're building.

What It's Like to Work at Adaptive Path

Adaptive Path was built differently on purpose.

Our teachers and clinicians don't spend their days working in separate silos. We collaborate across disciplines, learn from one another, and make decisions based on the whole child.

We're serious about providing excellent clinical and educational support, but we're equally serious about creating an environment where children have room to play, move, connect, explore, and simply be kids.

The People Who Thrive Here

Adaptive Path is a good fit for people who value collaboration, take ownership of their work, and genuinely enjoy being part of a team. Our core values guide how we work:

Authenticity
Show up as yourself. Communicate honestly, receive feedback openly, and build genuine relationships with the children, families, and people you work alongside.

Progress
Stay curious. Keep learning. Celebrate meaningful growth: in our students, in our programs, and in ourselves.

Loyalty
Be someone your team can count on. Our students and coworkers depend on consistency, follow-through, and a shared commitment to the work we're doing together.

Collaboration
No discipline has all the answers. We share ideas, ask questions, problem-solve together, and respect the expertise every member of our team brings to the table.

Different Disciplines. One Team.

Our interdisciplinary team includes:

  • Early Childhood Educators

  • Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

  • Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)

  • Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)

  • Occupational Therapists (OTs)

  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)

What connects those roles is bigger than a job title.

We're looking for people who believe therapy should support childhood, not replace it; who presume competence; who value naturalistic, play-based learning; and who want to understand the whole child rather than focusing only on the goals within their own discipline.

Interested in Adaptive Path?

We're always excited to connect with people who believe in what we're building.

We'll keep your information on file and reach out when an opportunity becomes available that may be a good fit.

Let's grow together.
